All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SITE OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
